An ouzeri is a type of Greek tavern which serves the famous Greek liquor called ouzo and mezedes which are small dishes. Taking the meze concept to a whole new level, in our ouzeri you can enjoy Santorini specialities and also contemporary Greek cuisine. Of course all tastes better when shared with your family and friends!
Chef Giorgios was classically trained at Cordon Bleu School in Paris and he loves to introduce French techniques into his cooking, whilst at the same time sticking to Greek traditions. He has created menus which showcase the island’s traditional cuisine, at the same time giving it a modern twist.
